Each week includes 5 structured workout sessions plus 1 active day where your coach suggests and monitors an activity like padel, running, or badminton to keep things fun and varied. With bi-weekly progress check-ins and full access to the Slayfit App, you’ll stay engaged, supported, and consistent.
